COOPERATION PROCESS

The cooperation process with Profitova begins with a consultation. We analyze the company's situation, assess the potential for joining the group, present an outline of the Sweat Equity model, and define the scope of activities. Next, we conduct a two-week trial period. During this time, we carry out audits, create the foundations for marketing activities, and define the initial strategic direction.

Profitova Group along with the partner decides to establish cooperation. After accepting the terms, a contract is signed, and the shares or stocks are formally transferred. A two-year support period for the partner's company begins. We focus on scaling the business, increasing revenue, and achieving the set goals.

After two years of cooperation, the partner's company reaches the assumed level of operational development. Knowledge transfer through workshops and training conducted during cooperation prepares the partner for independent management of marketing and sales.

After this period, there is an option to resell Profitova shares/stocks. The resale may concern all or part of the package and is voluntary. Profitova also allows continued cooperation while retaining the existing shares/stocks.

Profitova provides substantive support for the entire duration of the partner's shareholding/stakes. Shares/stocks may be resold to the partner, another entity in the market, or implemented within Profitova's private funds.
