The Management Board of PROFITOVA GROUP PROSTA SPÓŁKA AKCYJNA (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") informs that as a result of a successfully completed conversion process, as of April 15, 2025, the Company has been officially registered in the National Court Register Register of Entrepreneurs. The registration proceedings were conducted by the District Court Gdańsk-Północ in Gdańsk, VIII Economic Division of the National Court Register, which assigned the Company the KRS number 0001168039.

Thus, the Company has formally commenced its activity under the name PROFITOVA GROUP PROSTA SPÓŁKA AKCYJNA in the legal form of a simple joint-stock company. The Company has also been assigned a tax identification number NIP 5871751723 and a REGON number 541478493.

As part of the Company’s new capital structure, 100,000 (one hundred thousand) registered shares of series A have been issued. These shares, according to the Articles of Association, are not privileged shares. We would like to emphasize that at the current stage of the Company’s development, the shares are not subject to a public offer nor are they admitted to market trading.

Registration in the National Court Register constitutes the culmination of the transformation process and opens a new chapter in the development of our organization.
