The process of joining Profitova Group is structured and selective. After an initial analysis of potential and a trial period, Profitova joins the company as a shareholder or operating shareholder in the Sweat Equity Marketing model.

We develop companies through marketing, handling a full range of activities – from website design, videos, graphics, and branding, to implementing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, or GA4.

We create and implement strategies, optimize actions, and develop sales processes. We provide business support by utilizing the resources of the group.

The standard period of active operational cooperation is 2 years. After this time, there is a reevaluation of the situation and a decision regarding further steps – buyout of shares or stocks, sale of assets onward, or continuation of partnership in the form of strategic consulting.
